California 93
California 93 is an unconstructed state highway that includes the approximate routing of the Richmond Parkway in Richmond. However, the state has not accepted maintenance of the facility. Call boxes along the route imply that the Richmond Parkway is already California 93 by using the route number 93 in its call box codes, but no shields are in place. The Richmond Parkway connects Interstate 580 with Interstate 80 along an arc across northwestern Richmond.
